You’re going to get on the fast track to deciding the framework of your private practice, deciding on the business structure, type of practice and even your practice name. Then, you’ll map out and schedule your timeline for your official open date or transition date (while avoiding the hiccups) so that you’re crystal clear and confident.
Private practice as a clinician involves a new language and terminology that may leave you feeling confused and lost…but not you! I will provide you with your very own explanation of terms and add them to your newfound private practice glossary. You’ll also be creating your pricing structure and making some other big decisions.
I will be guiding you through the administrative responsibilities private practice requires of you. This is an area that you may struggle with before you open your practice or throughout different stages of your business. We’ll be focusing on confidence, tackling “imposter syndrome,” establishing healthy boundaries, work/life balance, choosing quality over quantity, dealing with your competition, avoiding isolation, creating goals for growth, and planning for the future.
This last module is one of the most overlooked and probably the most important. “Burn Out” in our field is real, and if it’s not acknowledged it can consume you. We’ll be structuring your business and life for success in business and for your personal life as well. We’ll be simplifying your days, weeks, months and years by establishing healthy practices from Day 1.
